Mezzo staccato
It is graphically represented with a tie above the detached notes; it indicates that sounds have to be slightly separated among one another. For the former ones it consists in executing a series of detached notes to be executed in a single bowing, whereas for the latter ones it indicates a quick execution of detached notes, often in a high register:
